Returns & Refund Policy

We require 2 business days notice of any amendments or cancellations to an order.  We do not accept returns.
If your order is damaged on arrival please report this to us immediately using the below form, by calling us on 01702 820 228 (CAT) or by notifying one of our agents on online support.  Please ensure you take photos and retain the packaging and goods as received. Our shipping carrier will request this information so we will need this to open a dispute on your behalf with them.
