Allergen Info

All of our treats are baked in a kitchen where known allergens may be present. Please note we take caution to prevent cross-contamination, however, any product may contain traces as all items are produced in the same kitchen. Our descriptions do not include an ingredient list, therefore, if you have a food allergy please contact us before placing an order. Please note our kitchen regularly uses eggs, milk, nuts, wheat and possibly lupin depending on the flour variety and manufacturer, and we cannot be held liable for any cross-contamination. We can only inform you if our products specifically contain an allergen in their recipe. If you have any allergies or food intolerance, always chat to our staff before consuming our food.

Are the cupcakes and brownies made from scratch?

Yes, our cupcakes and brownies are made from scratch in small batches using the finest ingredients.

Are there any additional fees for Saturday deliveries?

Yes, Saturday deliveries have additional fees. Saturday delivery costs £15.99 and is sent via UPS.

Can I cancel or reschedule my order?

We require 2 business days notice of any amendments or cancellations to an order. If you need to cancel or reschedule your order, please contact our friendly customer service team for assistance ASAP.

Can I customize my order?

The product you see on our site and described in each product description is how our product will come. We do not do additional modifications to our products. Please be sure to check the listing if you have any allergies.

Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with my order?

We do not accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team to discuss the issue and possible solutions. If your order is damaged on arrival please report this to us immediately using the below form, by calling us on 01702 820 228 (CAT) or by notifying one of our agents on online support.  Please ensure you take photos and retain the packaging and goods as received. Our shipping carrier will request this information so we will need this to open a dispute on your behalf with them.

Can I upload a file for edible printing?

Yes, for our edible cupcakes you can upload a photo such as your logo if they are for a corporate event. Please ensure the photo is high quality though. If you are having any issues please use the contact us form to speak with our inhouse design team who can provide assistance if required.  

Do you offer any discounts?

We occasionally offer discounts and promo codes. To stay updated on our latest creations and promo codes, sign up for our newsletter.

Do you use sustainable packaging?

Yes all our packaging is recyclable meaning you can just dispose of it with ease via your usual recycling pickup.

How are the cupcakes and brownies shipped?

On completion of your order, all shipments are sent the day before your selected delivery date to ensure they arrive fresh and moist. They are boxed up using recyclable packaging and sent via UPS or Royal Mail next day delivery.

How many brownie flavours are available?

Currently we have 12 brownie flavours to choose from, and we are always working on new flavours.

How many cupcake flavours are there?

We currently have 80 plus cupcake flavours to choose from. The flavours encompass a mixture of British classics combined with North American favourites. We are always coming up with more.  If you have a suggestion on a great flavour you would love to see reach out to us and let us know!

What payment options are available?

We accept various payment options, including credit/debit cards and Paypal with Paypal pay in three also available. The available options will be displayed during the checkout process.

Where can I find your store or service location?

Our service is available online only, and we deliver nationwide all over the UK. We do not have physical store locations.

Will I receive tracking info for my order?

Yes.  Once your order has shipped you willl receive a confirmation with your tracking number.
