Biscoff Brownie

All of our treats are baked in a kitchen where known allergens may be present. Please note we take caution to prevent cross-contamination, however, any product may contain traces as all items are produced in the same kitchen.

Our descriptions do not include an ingredient list, therefore, if you have a food allergy please contact us before placing an order. Please note our kitchen regularly uses eggs, milk, nuts, wheat and possibly lupin depending on the flour variety and manufacturer, and we cannot be held liable for any cross-contamination. We can only inform you if our products specifically contain an allergen in their recipe. If you have any allergies or food intolerance, always chat to our staff before consuming our food.

We deliver Nationwide all over the UK via UPS or Royal Mail next day courier service. Deliveries can be scheduled for Tuesday-Saturday. Please note that Saturday deliveries have additional fees.

All cupcakes and brownies are baked fresh to order and require 1 day lead time. Cut off time for orders to be sent the next day is 3pm (to arrive the following day). E.g. order Monday by 3 PM to arrive Wednesday. Or schedule a future date that’s convenient for you and your order will be baked fresh to arrive on your chosen day.

We recommend choosing a delivery date at least 1 day in advance if you require them for a time sensitive event such as a birthday or anniversary to avoid unforeseen issues with delivery. We have no control over the courier service so cannot guarantee or be held responsible for any delays or damage to shipments. Before 1pm deliveries are guranteed deliveries but all this means is the courier company will refund the shipping if they fail to deliver. If the shipment is damaged please contact us immediately and do not throw away the parcel. Please leave it in exactly the same condition it arrived and provide photographs of the package. The courier company will most likely want to collect the parcel in exactly the same state it arrived.
