Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with my order?

We do not accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team to discuss the issue and possible solutions.
If your order is damaged on arrival please report this to us immediately using the below form, by calling us on 01702 820 228 (CAT) or by notifying one of our agents on online support.  Please ensure you take photos and retain the packaging and goods as received. Our shipping carrier will request this information so we will need this to open a dispute on your behalf with them.
