How are the cupcakes and brownies shipped?
On completion of your order, all shipments are sent the day before your selected delivery date to ensure they arrive fresh and moist.
They are boxed up using recyclable packaging and sent via UPS or Royal Mail next day delivery.
Will I receive tracking info for my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped you willl receive a confirmation with your tracking number.
Can I cancel or reschedule my order?
We require 2 business days notice of any amendments or cancellations to an order.

Are there any additional fees for Saturday deliveries?
Yes, Saturday deliveries have additional fees. Saturday delivery costs £15.99 and is sent via UPS.
